Holiday home price is based on a pre-owned holiday home and includes siting, connections and standard accessories.
Price excludes 2024 site fees, running costs and add-ons requested at point of sale. Subject to status and availability.
As at 1 January 2024, price is available at all parks, excluding Church Farm, Cala Gran, Cardigan View, Garreg Wen, Kiln Park, Littlesea, Lydstep Beach, Greenacres, Penally Court, Perran Sands, Rockley Park, Riviere Sands, Seashore, Seaview and Thornwick Bay.

Double the cost of your holiday back up to £4K
Holiday home price will be reduced by double the cost of your holiday package price when purchased through Haven, up to the value of £4,000.
This offer is available to Haven holiday guests that stay at a Haven Park between 10 March and 30 September 2024 and purchase a holiday home through Haven, which completes by 30 November 2024.
Customers purchasing a holiday home within selected dates will receive a further £1,000 reduction to the cost of the holiday home: 10-28 March, 12 April – 23 May, 31 May – 18 July, 30 August – 30 September 2024.
Representative example: holiday home price £24,999, holiday package price £1,200 and when doubled is £2,400. Holiday home price is reduced by £2,400 to £22,599 and with the additional £1,000 (where applicable) to £21,599.
